To ensure that ethics training projects willbe compelling and useful to the organization, a training evaluationmust be conducted. A training evaluation is the procedure ofcollecting the results required to determine if the ethical trainingprogram is effective. An assessment is critical since it ensures thatmoney is spent accordingly on training, it will help improve thequality of training, it improves the productivity and performance ofemployees and the company, and finally, it ensures that objectivesset by the training program are being met.

Mertens&amp Wilson, the authors of the book “ProgramEvaluation Theory and Practice: A Comprehensive Guide” (2010)assert that in the ethical training evaluation program, the firstphase is choosing the evaluation design. This step is indispensableto give an appropriate evaluation. A good evaluation design offers achance to expand the nature of the assessment, aides minimize andsupport the time and expense important to perform the evaluationproject, and builds the quality of the key discoveries and proposalsby guaranteeing that threats to valid results are minimized (Mertens&amp Wilson, 2012).

Theevaluation design to be used in the training evaluation will conductpre-test and post-test. Level1: Reaction level

Level2: Immediate level

Theresults are evaluated whereby they tell if knowledge and skills areacquired and if the ethical training program was successful. Level3: This is the intermediate level

Thequantifiable profit is measured in this stage. The monetary profitgot by the association because of the effectiveness of the trainingprogram given to the employees (Mertens &amp Wilson, 2012).

Ilearned that an ethical training program is essential when skills,attitudes and knowledge are required to open another frontier ofprofessional performance.
