Authors should appreciate bothprint and electronic media sources. Furthermore, when conductingresearch, I will ascertain to observe honesty when making proposal, looking for support, reporting and conducting research in a way thatwill show respect to other people’s works (Oyekan, 2013).

Mypresent strengths in professional writing include advanced technicalknowledge in healthcare administration. This implies that I would beable to explain written concepts easily because I understand how theprograms, hardware and software functions. I also have a vast networkwith libraries and other professionals in the field, which will makeit easy to access research material and writing mentorshiprespectively. Besides, I am creative, optimistic and able to workunder high pressure (Oyekan, 2013). These characteristics will makeit easy for me to complete complex projects that require vastresearch and high dedication. However, I am expecting to face stiffcompetition from other students with superior knowledge, skills, andexperience. I will be studying with some graduates we had attendedthe same college, as well as other individuals who graduated frominstitutions with higher performance reputation than mine. I willensure to compete effectively with my former graduates throughdedicating higher effort in academic research (Griffin, 2012). I alsohave a weakness of using informal language when I am writing, and Iunderstand that I can lose several marks for using inappropriatelanguage. I am planning to start using formal language both when I amspeaking and writing in order to overcome the habit. Besides, I willbefriend the graduates from the famous local and internationalacademic institutions in order to benefit from their superioracademic knowledge (Kennedy &amp Montgomery, 2002).

For instance,I dedicate a lot of time in one task because I want it to beflawless. I am practicing the habit of working fast and within ashort time (Friedman &amp Kovner, 2013).

Challengesrelated to the profession

Inmy future career as a healthcare administrator, I am expecting toquarrel occasionally with other staff members as I have severalnegative personal behaviors. I am planning to join a communications class toperfect my speaking skills (Griffin, 2012). Lastly, I am very shorttempered. I am planning to improve on this weakness through seekingcounselling services, as well as joining a support group on effectivemethods of controlling anger (Friedman &amp Kovner, 2013).
